Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and ClarionTech Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") regarding the CleanNow mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some App features may require a paid subscription billed through your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies.

3. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for the content you access, process, organize, delete, compress, hide, or otherwise manage using the App.

You must not use the App to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with third-party services, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, reverse engineer the App, decompile the App, or disrupt the App's normal operation.

4. Email Cleaner, Gmail, and Outlook Actions

CleanNow includes an Email Cleaner feature that can help you review and manage selected emails and senders.

If you connect a Gmail account, you authorize CleanNow to access Gmail data only for the Email Cleaner features you choose to use inside the App.

If you connect a Microsoft Outlook, Hotmail, Live, Microsoft 365, or other Microsoft email account, you authorize CleanNow to access Microsoft mailbox data through Microsoft Graph only for the Email Cleaner features you choose to use inside the App.

You are responsible for reviewing emails, senders, categories, and cleanup actions before confirming them. Actions such as deleting emails, moving emails to Trash or Deleted Items, blocking senders, creating Gmail filters, creating Outlook mailbox rules, applying labels, or unsubscribing from mailing lists may affect your mailbox.

Some actions may not be reversible through CleanNow. Deleted messages may be moved to Trash, Deleted Items, or otherwise handled according to the functionality and policies of Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft, Google, or the relevant email provider.

Unsubscribe actions may depend on third-party senders and may not stop all future emails. CleanNow does not guarantee that every sender will honor unsubscribe, block, filter, or rule-based requests.

CleanNow does not control Gmail, Google Accounts, Outlook, Microsoft accounts, Microsoft 365 accounts, or third-party email senders. Your use of those services remains subject to the applicable terms and policies of Google, Microsoft, and any other relevant provider.

5. Objectionable Content

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive use. Any content found to be illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate, as well as users responsible for such content, may be removed or restricted without notice where permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, code, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and other materials, is owned by ClarionTech Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party platforms and services, including Apple, Google, Microsoft, Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Graph, analytics providers, crash reporting providers, and payment processors.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their data practices, their policies, or their actions. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, mailbox, email provider, or third-party service.

We do not guarantee that any deletion, cleanup, compression, blocking, unsubscribe, filtering, rule creation, or other action performed through the App will be reversible. You should keep independent backups of important media, files, and emails.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClarionTech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, content, emails, media, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the App.

10. Apple Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you upon your acceptance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that may cause harm to us, other users, third-party services, or the public.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Some third-party permissions, such as Google or Microsoft account permissions, may also need to be revoked through the relevant account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you inside the App or by updating this page. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
