Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and ClarionTech Ltd ("we", "us") regarding the CleanNow application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription billed through your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account settings.
• Refunds are governed by Apple's policies.

3. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you process with the App. You must not use the App to violate the law, infringe rights of others, or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App.

4. Objectionable Content (EULA Requirement)

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Any content found to be illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful or otherwise inappropriate, as well as users responsible for such content, may be removed without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, logos and trademarks are owned by ClarionTech Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or that any deletion performed via the App is recoverable. Always keep an independent backup of important media.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClarionTech Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from use of the App.

8. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you upon your acceptance.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
